To sign up for Expertise & Strokes II, students must have the ability to tread water for sixty seconds, aspect flutter kick with respiratory, swim freestyle two pool lengths with side breathing, swim backstroke two pool lengths, and glide in the streamline position underwater for ten ft. Peop
